2. Digital Products and Services We offer various digital products in PDF format for download. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased PDF(s) via a link provided on our website and/or sent to your email address.

Intellectual Property Rights All digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, content, designs, text, graphics, and other materials) available on TechnicalEditor.net are the exclusive property of The Technical Editor or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a PDF, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree that you will NOT:
Resell, redistribute, republish, reproduce, or sublicense the digital product.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the digital product.
Use the digital product for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from us.

4. Payments All payments for digital products are processed securely through Paddle. We accept most major payment cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All prices are listed in USD.
5. Refunds Our Refund Policy, which explains the conditions under which refunds are provided for our digital products, is available on this page. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties Our digital products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
